Put your faith into action!

Join us as we lend a helping hand to those who are “less blessed.”

Local Opportunities

At least once a month, the Lutheran Student Center goes out into the community to help those in need. In the past we have helped Habitat for Humanity, the Interfaith Ministries and the Union Rescue Mission.  If you know of other worthwhile causes that could use our help let us know. We usually meet at the Lutheran Student Center first for a hearty breakfast and devotion then go out to our planed event.

International Opportunities

Last Spring Break of 2016 we joined with over 40 other students and adults from all over Kansas to go on a house building Servant Event trip to Puerto Penasco, Mexico! 4 students and 2 adults from the LSC went.  It was an amazing, life changing experience of serving families in need, getting to know other Brothers and Sisters in Christ, and sharing the love of Jesus!  We are planning to go again Spring Break of 2017 and hoping more friends will join us.  If you are interested, save the date and keep your eye out for more information in the fall!

If you are interested in helping you may call Dr. Tape or Paige Edgington at 316-684-5224.
